Manufactured using sophisticated and automated machinery, Tiscon Superlinks reduce the number of man hours needed and prevent rebar wastage. As a result, they ensure 70% faster work completion.
Superlinks are made using superior quality Tata Tiscon 550SD rebars. An automated manufacturing process also ensures correct mandel diameters and superior strength of beams and pillars.

German-made Spectrometer for quick and accurate analysis

Automatic mould level control in caster
We use automatic mould level control to maintain an appropriate formulation and consistent distribution of mould flux.
Billet macro analysis for internal structure control
Macro analysis is performed on the billets to evaluate the quality and consistency of the internal structure.

Chemical Composition
- To conform to IS 2831:2012, a thorough chemical analysis of every cast or lot of billets is carried out in our chemical and spectro lab. The billets thus tested are then moved for rolling.

UMA STEEL –
UMA 550 TMT Bars –
UMA 500 TMT Bars has uniform high strength throughout length of the bar due to proper quenching (TMT).
Earthquake Resistance
UMA 500 TMT Bars have high fatigue resistance to Dynamic/ Seismic loads due to its higher ductility quality. This makes UMA bars most suitable for use in earthquake-prone areas.
Cost Effective
UMA 500 TMT Bars require 15%-20% less usage than ordinary bars for the same work with 5% more cost. This results in an overall saving of 10%-15%.
Weldability
UMA 500 TMT Bars have high fatigue resistance to Dynamic/ Seismic loads due to its higher ductility quality. This makes UMA bars most suitable for use in earthquake-prone areas.
Bendability
UMA 500 TMT Bars has uniform ductility(Elongation) which gives excellent bendability.
Strain Ageing

Prevent the formation of coarse carbides by controlled water cooling (TMT) which is the main cause of corrosion of all common bars. No surface stresses which resist the corrosion of bars.

MS BILLETS
We procure high quality sponge iron/DRI. The material is stored in our 15000 Sq. Ft. Raw Material Yard. The quality of this material is an important factor in producing high quality MS Billets that result in the best TMX Steel Bars.
The magnetic crane feeds the sponge iron to a furnace. Along with sponge iron, we also feed end cuts of finished steel bars. And iron for making molten metal The furnace melts the fed iron.
The molten lava is then checked for ideal chemical composition with the help of state-of-the-art Spectro Meter and C&S Apparatus.
The molten lava then goes to the coreless-induction furnace, in which the impurities are sifted to the top. The induction furnace then tilts and pours away the impure liquid, hence achieving the first step towards high quality MS Billets.
During the next step, micro-alloying elements are added to the refined metal to achieve ideal composition. During this process the metal is repeatedly tested for the chemical composition and appropriate steps are taken until it reaches a satisfactory state. The purer the Mild Steel Billets, the better will be the quality of Steel Bars
The metal is then poured into a ladle to purge it of excessive non-metallic elements. This is done by passing nitrogen through a porous plug.
Now the material is ready to be cast. The liquid metal is fed to a Continuous Casting Set-up, through which it is molded into long, rectangular MS Billets. As the molded metal begins to cool down, it is sprayed with air-mist (a combination of air and water) to achieve quick solidification.
Finally the long casts are cut into MS Billets of following sizes as per the requirement:
